was founded in 2011 with the aim of producing industrial plastic compounds used in wire and cable industries and also in other industries such as automotive, pipe and home appliances in an area of 20,000 square meters. Regarding to the requirement of the parent company (Shahid Ghandi Corporation Complex) for various types of Polyethylene and PVC cable sheathes, AGIPC started to produce qualified plastic compounds after one and half year of setting up.
Polyethylene is a thermoplastic material that belongs to a family of polymers called polyolefins. Polyethylene is usually packaged in different groups depending on its density, including hdpe (high density polyethylene), mdpe (low density polyethylene), ldpe (low density polyethylene), LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene). Ethylene is used in a variety of products, from milk bottles and shopping bags to high-performance plastic tubes.
Polyethylene is made from petroleum raw materials known as hydrocarbons. The raw materials and polyethylene are both made of hydrogen and carbon (hydrocarbons). In North America, the raw materials are usually natural gas.
A polymer is a long chain of molecules made up of smaller parts called monomers, poly means several, and mere means parts. Monomers are usually very simple molecules that are chemically combined or polymerized several times to achieve the desired property of the polymer.

There are different packages around us and some people may think that these categories have a very short life during the consumption of the product, but the expectations are much higher than them. Certainly the packaging must be in accordance with the laws and requirements set by different governments and countries. With the right choice of plastic materials and packaging, the quality of the final product (including sensitive electronic products to fresh foods) can be maintained during transportation, use and sale. Plastics are different types of materials that are used to produce a variety of packaging, and in many cases, better protection of products, less use of resources and less waste production by these materials are guaranteed. A study in Germany shows that if there were no plastic materials, 400% of other materials would be needed to produce the required packaging, and in addition, the volume of these packages would more than double. Another European study shows that in the absence of plastics, 14.2 million tonnes of oil would be needed and 47.3 million tonnes of carbon dioxide would be emitted annually. Although the process of optimizing packaging continues, the main plan to improve the efficiency of plastic packaging is to move the product in line with existing expectations at a low price.
